Sunday in Seoul part 2
So, this was a neat little area off the street we were shopping on. It was still outside and cold though! The area was titled "From Andy Warhol" and had super neat shops, attractions, and many umbrellas hanging from the ceiling!
Here's all those umbrellas! U just had to see it...it was weird! And that big yellow thing? A giant man made out of balloons! Pretty cool....
Here's a really bad pic of me with the umbrellas. As u can see, I just couldn't get enough of them! *L*
At the end of our long day (we were tired and our legs hurt) we retired to a wonderful restaurant in Ilsan for dinner (mmmmm look at that kimch, vegetables and meat!) and wonderful, wonderful Soju!!! I tried it for my first time (Chris is holding it in his hand) and I Loved it! It's like vodka, but a little weaker, and you shoot it back while saying "Gombay" (it means cheers!) There's also a special was of pouring it. You NEVER pour your own (someone MUST do it for you) and take precautions if you are pouring to/someone is pouring yours and they are older than you are! You must pay respect and exend 2 arms and hold the bottle a certain way. I got to do that to Chris as he is older than I!! *L* He loved that!
This was the last of our day in Seoul...hope you enjoyed it!
